We respect your right to privacy. On this page you will find our position on the collection, processing and use of your information.

What personal information is collected and used?

Users of our service remain anonymous until they decide otherwise themselves. In accordance with general Internet connection principles, the information contained in system logs (e.g. IP address) is used by us for technical purposes in connection with server administration.

Fulfilment of orders requires the completion of a form in which information must be provided to contact the user (e.g. e-mail address). We use the information provided in the form to make the necessary contacts with our users and to better adapt the content we present to their needs and interests.

How is the information protected?

The information is stored and processed by us in compliance with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of Polish law.

Is the personal information provided shared with other parties?

No user data collected is disclosed to third parties. 

Glossary of useful terms

The following descriptions are not intended to be strict definitions. They are intended only to give an idea of some of the terms used in this document. 

  • cookie - is a small piece of information stored by the server on the user's computer in a cookie.txt file, which the server can read when the user reconnects from that computer,
  • system log - this is the information that the user's computer transmits to the server each time a connection is made; it may contain various data (e.g. IP number) from which it is possible to determine more or less precisely where the connection came from,
  • IP address - an individual number which, as a rule, each computer connected to the Internet has; the IP number may be permanently associated with a given computer (static) or assigned to it for a given connection (dynamic)

Pursuant to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation - hereinafter RODO), we inform you that:

Your data will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.

Your personal data will be processed for the performance of the contract on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1 point b RODO.

The recipients of your personal data will be the entities authorised to process them on the basis of a data entrustment agreement for the aforementioned purpose and may be transferred to entities authorised by law.

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organisation.

Your personal data will be stored until your consent is revoked, the contract is completed or under archiving regulations.

You have the right of access to the content of your data and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing (if the basis of the processing is lawful) that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation or national legislation.

Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the aforementioned purpose.
